Islington Borough Council has [WiFi enabled a whole street](http://www.gigaom.com/2005/04/19/londons-mega-hotzone/?ref=onemanandhisblog.com), as part of a regeneration idea.

So, Lewisham Council, how about it? The centre of Lewisham? Deptford High Street? Sounds good to me.
