London commuters really excelled themselves this morning. One of them actually stood on my injured foot on my way into work. I tell you, people noticed me then. I howled. People don’t often howl on commuter trains. It gets you noticed, trust me.

Mind you, it didn’t make anyone actually offer me a seat�
