The gist of the article is this: [Netscape](http://www.netscape.com/?ref=onemanandhisblog.com) has reinvented itself as a news voting site, like the trendy [Digg](http://www.digg.com/?ref=onemanandhisblog.com), allowing readers to select which stories are the most important by voting for them. The general public, it seems, are less keen on the idea that the technophiles who frequent the site that provided “inspiration” for Netscape’s move.
