[PandoDaily’s David Holmes](http://pandodaily.com/2013/01/02/andrew-sullivans-blog-is-adding-a-pay-meter-does-that-mean-you-should-too/?ref=onemanandhisblog.com) on Andrew Sullivan’s [new paywall](http://andrewsullivan.thedailybeast.com/2013/01/a-declaration-of-independence.html?ref=onemanandhisblog.com):

David, 2003 called – it wants its anti-blogger insults back. Somehow Sarah Lacy has found the world’s last person who believes in that stereotype, and allows him to write on her blog. The irony is somewhat tasty.

Incidentally, I signed up for [*The Dish*‘s paywall](http://www.tinypass.com/andrewsullivan/?ref=onemanandhisblog.com) immediately. Sullivan’s blogging has been an inspiration to me for over a decade.
