It's been quite a day for newsletters. First of all, I sent out my [dry run of a new paid, audience engagement newsletter](http://www.engagedreadingtime.com/issues/engaged-reading-time-issue-28-161314?ref=onemanandhisblog.com) that I'll formally launch later in the week. But my friends over at Ghost also [launched a new site](https://blog.ghost.org/publisher-weekly/?ref=onemanandhisblog.com) to support their weekly newsletter *Publisher Weekly*:

> Our main focus is to cover what is happening at the intersection of business models, technology and modern journalism. We are seeing [emerging business models](https://reutersinstitute.politics.ox.ac.uk/risj-review/subscriptions-subsidies-and-pressure-platforms-media-trends-2019?ref=onemanandhisblog.com) taking the place of digital advertising, with more and more publishers of all sizes beginning to build [sustainable businesses on top of publishing](https://stratechery.com/2017/the-local-news-business-model/?ref=onemanandhisblog.com). We're bringing all of this information together so that publishers like you can stay ahead of the curve.

The website itself includes a [whole bunch of resources](https://publisherweekly.org/?ref=onemanandhisblog.com) including the most important tools for building successful publications, as well as useful newsletters, podcasts and online information covering all things publishing.

It's useful — and free.
