The Daily is here. And it's national.

So, The Daily is here, a brand new, tablet-focused newspaper from News International.

Oh, I’m sorry. Did I say newspaper? My bad. I meant *national *newspaper. Because it’s an US-only product right now.
The internet is without boundaries in the traditional sense. Web sites can be read from anywhere in the world. But this newspaper can only be read on US iPads (or, at least, ones linked to an account on the US iTunes store). And that, to me, is indicative. The Daily uses the internet, but is not of the internet. Beyond that, I can’t say much, because I can’t even download it. So, here’s a video to give you a taste of what I’m missing out on:
