One of the nice surprises of this year has been finding my way back into print. A copy of Airline Passenger Experience dropped through our letterbox this morning, carrying my feature on the use of social media in airlines.
The editor, Mary Kirby, is the once-and-former Runway Girl of video blogging fame, and has been kind enough to commission me to write several features now about the intersection of web and mobile tech and the airline experience. Good fun.
The feature itself has been online for a month.
