One of the nice surprises of this year has been finding my way back into print. A copy of [*Airline Passenger Experience*](http://blog.apex.aero/) dropped through our letterbox this morning, carrying my feature on the use of social media in airlines.
The editor, [Mary Kirby](http://twitter.com/#!/APEXmary), is the once-and-former [Runway Girl](http://www.flightglobal.com/blogs/runway-girl/) of video blogging fame, and has been kind enough to commission me to write several features now about the intersection of web and mobile tech and the airline experience.
