So, I logged into Vimeo to upload something for my personal blog, and was greeted with this:

It’s part of a gradual switch towards [the new version of Vimeo](http://vimeo.com/new). I just love the choices on the buttons though:

That’s the most honest assessment of why most people complain about site redesigns I’ve ever seen. And it’s good psychology up front – get people thinking about their inherent conservatism before they even see the new site. Love it.
